Ead Vietnamese
Description
Nestled in MetroPark on the north side of The Woodlands, this clean, welcoming Vietnamese spot serves vibrant pho, crisp spring rolls, fried shrimp appetizers and inventive tofu and rice dishes. Friendly, fast service, ample parking and thoughtful to-go packaging make it convenient for families, dates or takeout. Soothing decor and unique drinks (soda chanh) elevate the meal, though broth depth and portion sizes can vary compared with longer-braised competitors.

Oh my, the Phó here is absolutely delicious! The restaurant is very clean and offers super fast service. We ordered the large bowl, and it was more than enough! The flavor was outstanding. It can be a bit tricky to locate on Google Maps, but it’s situated at the MetroPark shopping center on the north side of The Woodlands. We also tried the chicken and pork spring rolls, which were served with jalapeños, lime wedges, Thai basil, and bean sprouts on the side—plenty to go around! They also provide Sriracha and Hoisin sauce. We'll definitely be returning! Just remember to search for Sam Moon on Google Maps, and you'll find it tucked away in a corner!
The dishes are very nice spin off of classic dishes and some signature dishes. Overall, the taste is very appealing familiar to my girlfriend I. Yes we are Vietnamese are quite picky with Vietnamese food. One thing I like about this place is that it’s clean and welcoming. A lot of the older style Viet restaurants are dirty do not look very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for great Vietnamese food! Give them a try.
The service was great, the vermicelli noodle bowl was good, but the flat noodle with chicken was not good... lacked flavor, Chicken was overcooked. We might try it again and get something different but based on our meal today... I would not recommend. From the appetizer menu we tried spring rolls and Vietnamese egg rolls and both were fairly good.
I started with the Tofu Spring Rolls, which included two fresh rolls wrapped in a delightfully pliable wrapper that's easy on sensitive teeth. The amount of basil was just right, and all the flavors blended beautifully. For my main course, I had the tofu and mixed vegetables with fried vermicelli noodles, and I must say this was my favorite dish. The edges of the noodles were sweet and crispy, and the flavors from the sauce melded together wonderfully as I chewed. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and complemented the sauce beautifully. EAD has my full endorsement—100% judgment approved by Ham!
