The proportions... read more This Dunkin' Donuts is not the best place to get your morning coffee. I have visited this location several times, but I am always disappointed. The proportions of ingredients used to make the drinks are usually off, resulting in beverages that are either overly sweet or bitter. I have not had this issue at any other Dunkin' Donuts before. It is possible that the new staff members are still learning how to make drinks correctly.

I filed a complaint and never received a call back, showing that customer service is not a priority at this location. Save yourself the time and money and avoid eating here.

They only had chocolate frosted munchkins, powdered munchkins,... read more I am a big fan of Dunkin' Donuts, but I was very disappointed during my recent visit around noon. They only had chocolate frosted munchkins, powdered munchkins, and glazed munchkins available. I was surprised to learn that they don't actually make their own donuts on-site; instead, they are delivered and once they run out, they are out for the day. All they can offer are the small donut holes, which is not what you would expect from a donut shop.

I visited the Conroe site three times and will not come back because the management clearly makes a terrible bad job. serving stale donuts is not a good idea for a donut dealer and non friendly service adds the negative, not to go here and buy. it looks as if the management did not even read or answer these reviews!

Asked for toasted... read more The absolute most disgusting hospital food is served here. Terrible wait time on the “food”. Ordered a Latte and received MILK, SYRUP AND ICE. Asked for toasted bread and got a wet flimsy piece of bread and 2 slices of half bacon. Order here if you want to start the day with a loss!
