Dunkin' - Conroe

The service at this restaurant is terrible. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my order, and the week before they got it wrong. I filed a complaint and never received a call back, showing that customer service is not a priority at this location. Save yourself the time and money and avoid eating here.

Very clean establishment! Friendly service! If Ur needing some sugar, caffeine, different flavors of Tea's, U can get it ALL there!

Okay, so during my traveling Dunkin’ donuts places I visited the usa and every time I was served fresh coffee, eating and donuts. but at this Conroe site the donuts were not fresh the last two sides, and on a visit of three young people who work there were more interested in socializing than to take my order and be kind about it. I visited the Conroe site three times and will not come back because the management clearly makes a terrible bad job. serving stale donuts is not a good idea for a donut dealer and non friendly service adds the negative, not to go here and buy. it looks as if the management did not even read or answer these reviews!

Didn't even want to give any stars!! We waited forever for our coffee and hot chocolates. It was like all the staff was moving in slow motion!! No napkins, no toilet paper in bathrooms!! Then one of my kids spilled there hot chocolate so I went to find some napkins and there was none. So I found a worker and told her we had a bad spill over here and I needed napkins and she gave me like 4 napkins. Wasn't enough to clean it all up, ended up leaving and walked outside to smoke a cig and the worker came out and wanted to get smart with me about cleaning the mess up. She said I should have informed them we made a mess. I said I did!! Anyway the staff is slow and rude!!

I am a big fan of Dunkin' Donuts, but I was very disappointed during my recent visit around noon. They only had chocolate frosted munchkins, powdered munchkins, and glazed munchkins available. I was surprised to learn that they don't actually make their own donuts on-site; instead, they are delivered and once they run out, they are out for the day. All they can offer are the small donut holes, which is not what you would expect from a donut shop.
