I would have given this place a five-star review if the prices weren't so outrageous. However, my little one I brought along would definitely give it five stars! The best time to visit is on Christmas Eve when it's almost empty.
This restaurant is an excellent destination for kids. It features a classic children's arcade along with a trampoline area. The staff is friendly and attentive. However, the mascots could be a bit more lively. If you're seeking a touch of nostalgia, this isn't quite like the Chuck E. Cheese from the 90s and early 2000s. Everything here is modern, as you would expect, and there are no animatronics anymore—perhaps in response to a well-known video game or movie. Overall, it's a fantastic place for children to enjoy arcade games and indulge in some delicious pizza.
This is a fantastic place for a fun outing with the kids! The food is tasty and perfect for parties, and there are loads of games to enjoy. My children absolutely love it!
This location is quite small and has a limited selection of games. The area designed for younger children offers the least variety I've ever encountered at a Chuck E. Cheese, with just three or four rides and a small air hockey table—which is pretty disappointing. Moreover, many of the popular games are often out of order. During my last visit, I was billed twice for four different games on my points card. When I asked the manager for a refund and showed him my activity log, he was rude and made me feel like I was at fault for the problem. I highly recommend driving an extra 15 minutes to the 1960 location, which has a much larger and better selection of games, along with a friendlier staff. Additionally, you'll find that the prices are generally better there as the two locations have different pricing approaches.
My autistic son absolutely loves this restaurant, and they offer a sensory-friendly hour every Sunday morning for children who are sensitive to noise. We always have a great time there. Just a heads-up: the food is a bit pricey, so if you're bringing a big family, you might want to think about making some sacrifices! The staff is very friendly, and Chuck E. is always a lot of fun.
