We tried crawfish at various places in Texas and Louisiana, and Buster's Crawfish is the best! The boudin balls and shrimp were also delicious.
As a Louisiana native who recently relocated to Texas, I had the pleasure of trying Buster's Crawfish for the first time, and I couldn't have been more thrilled. The crawfish were perfectly seasoned, easy to peel, and I was pleasantly surprised by their size for this time of year. I also sampled the boudin balls, which were fantastic. The menu offers a beautiful selection of items, and I can't wait to return to try some of the other dishes. I've found my go-to spot for Louisiana seafood in Texas. Well done!
