Mais pas d'amertume , je n'oublie pas que nous sommes à CONQUES..........

Et ce fut en fait une belle s... read more Plutôt méfiant au départ à l'égard de ce Logis de France sis juste en face de la cathédrale de Conques, a priori très touristique. Et ce fut en fait une belle surprise. Un cadre rustique, mais agréable, avec possibilité de terrasse et vue sur la cathédrale. Des plats élaborés, à base de beaux produits, joliment présentés. Vraiment bien, pour des tarifs assez raisonnables malgré le lieu.

(although that was one group that I traveled several days in a remarkable city, the dinners were amazing, so no one should claim. that it was not possible to do well through such a large group.) as well as even my really low expectations were not fulfilled. badly prepared white fish and pure white rice are not acceptable as a entree and the rice was not even very good. to round it off, the service was bad, eating was somehow flown to us. I finished the evening with loving memories of my high school cafeteria. that almost never happened.

We came here at our visit by concques. the place was recommended by the tourist office. we came here and the owner said we could choose a table. it was not very... read more We came here at our visit by concques. the place was recommended by the tourist office. we came here and the owner said we could choose a table. it was not very busy at the place, but people, including us, we say that this was place. when my partner asked for a menu card, the owner began to have us not enough personal and no eating. rediculous and after that he came into a massive argument with other French visitors complain about not serving food. he was told he was an arrogant man and the people went right away. it was also very impressive! the owner could not worry less about it, so it shows that he probably makes a lot of money during the season. we will never visit this place again and hope that a new generation of people with respect will buy the place once. if they can avoid this scrub.
