I called Conowingo Pizza to express my concerns, and the w... read more I ordered a Conowingo pizza and waited for an hour for my meal. When it finally arrived, it was cold. I called Conowingo Pizza to express my concerns, and the woman I spoke with was both dismissive and rude. She seemed uninterested in listening to me. Although she offered to replace my order, which cost over $40, I explained that I had ordered it to feed my children, and any further delays would disrupt their mealtime. I simply wanted a refund. She claimed she couldn’t process the refund because one of her drivers had an apartment to attend to, as if that was my concern. Furthermore, she admitted that my order had been sitting at the restaurant before it was sent out. They should have contacted me to discuss what I wanted to do about the order instead of sending cold food.

They are rude, difficult to understand, and seem eage... read more I would give Comowingo Pizza a higher rating if it weren't for the incompetent staff who answer the phone. They are rude, difficult to understand, and seem eager to rush you off the line. I could overlook it if it were just an occasional issue or during a busy dinner service, but this has been the case every time I've ordered from them!

They're are some very sweet, helpful ladies that are just a joy to be around! The food is always amazing. I just try not to go in too often due to the young kids working there always being rude. unfortunately this will be the reason thy will loose most customers which is really a shame. I wish i could say the food was good enough to everyone as it is to us to deal with those kids nonsense. Just order delivery!! always arrives within orderly fashion and is hot.
