I've always enjoyed my meals here, but tonight was disappointing. The wings were dry, rubbery, and lacking in flavor. The ribs (not baby back) were tough and nearly inedible, resembling a very low-quality cut of meat that was poorly prepared. I'm giving it one star solely for the friendly service from our server. I won’t be returning.
The smoked meats were outstanding, and all the side dishes were just as impressive. We will definitely be returning!
The service at Wild Turkey was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the bartender was rude to us. We ordered sandwiches and an appetizer, then waited an hour and a half without any updates, choosing not to disturb her because it was busy. When we finally asked, she said there was only one cook and she couldn’t give us any information. Meanwhile, every table that arrived after us had already eaten and left. After another half hour, she admitted that our order had never been placed and told us we should have spoken up earlier. Absolutely unbelievable!
The food at Wild Turkey was both overpriced and underwhelming. It used to be much better. I spent over $90 on three small $20 pizzas and a bland brisket sandwich on a plain bun, served with soggy, poorly seasoned fries. The decline in cooking quality is really hurting the business. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be telling my friends and family to avoid this place as well. Honestly, I’d choose McDonald’s over eating here. To the owner: I strongly recommend hiring a new chef before it’s too late.
