Bojangles - Conover

Yes I agree with the four star ratings. You have very good food, but I'm disappointed. This week will be last week that they will sell the cinnamon biscuits. Man, I love these things. I think they're great. But I'll keep eating there, I'll just eat different things. Very reasonable prices. For good food and good service.

I ordered three cookies and three sweet potatoes. When I finally got into the window(16 minutes in the line), they said they were out of the cakes and I would like to take cinnamon biscuits. I said, okay. He told me to get to the door and wait. He gave no reason. I waited for 11 minutes and finally came out of my car and went in. The woman said: Well, I don't know what you ordered, you should have gone back to the window. I told her and they said the wait was for the Zitze. If I had known they would take so long until I told them I didn't want them. So I had to wait another six minutes to finally give my order. I'm not back.

I ordered the mobile app and waited for 20 minutes for my food on the designated parking lot. In addition, my order was wrong. I went back to correct my order and the person responsible completely ignores me. He sends the employee who packed my order, and she gave me an attitude. Years ago, this place was always top Notch when Roger was the Unit Director. It's been downhill.

These bojangles give all bojangles a bad name, they are consistently terrible always out of several things and things that you do not expect to be superior to honey mustard or chicken. I thought I'd give them an attempt today, but I ate a burned cookie in the Bojangles in Stanley North Carolina at my own risk

The girl at the window was completely rude and so were the rest of the staff in the back.. I asked for ranch which allegedly they were out of.. I then asked for Bo sauce OR honey mustard and she claimed they can?t give it away or sell it LOL. If you live around Conover area, I recommend taking the drive to another Bojangles, it?ll be worth it!
