Stacks
Description
Stacks offers a blend of delightful culinary experiences and mixed service reviews. While many patrons rave about the fantastic fried chicken and a diverse breakfast menu, concerns about service inconsistency and management practices have emerged. Some guests express dissatisfaction with portion sizes and additional charges for substitute items, while others commend the friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Recent renovations have been positively received, enhancing the dining environment. Overall, Stacks has the potential to charm diners, yet it must address service and management issues to achieve a consistently enjoyable experience for all.

The waiter made me feel uncomfortable, and my omelet had a strong seafood flavor.
I visited for the first time with a group of seven, and the experience was great. The service was good, the food was delicious, and our waitress was very polite.
The food was excellent, as always. The waitress was very polite! It felt a bit strange that the owner walks around and observes guests while they eat. Parking: There are at least 35 parking spaces available. Wheelchair accessibility: It's easy to get a wheelchair in and out.
Terrible!! The manager let his friend put his hands on one of his waitresses and then wrongfully fired her when his friend literally smacked her with menus. Unprofessional place ?
Disappointed with our portions. The food was fine, but some of our meal was missing. It was supposed to come with soup, which they were apparently out of. When we asked if they could substitute it with something they said no but you can pay almost $2 more for fries or a side salad... So we did. They came with our food and I had a VERY small amount of fries on my plate.I was supposed to have jalapenos on my burger, I had a few small slices. They should've given us the fries for free to replace the soup and there should've been more than a small handful.
