I requested that the bread not be toasted, the meat not be warmed, and the sandwich not to be cut, but the staff member became defensive and said someone else would take care of it. I chose to leave without placing an order. Additionally, I found it troubling that she wore artificial nails and long eyelashes while handling food.

The staff completely ignored me, and one employee even started making my sandwich while wearing wet gloves. When I questioned him about his wet hands, he simply shrugged and changed his gloves. I ended up paying almost $12 for a sandwich that I didn't feel safe eating. I requested Italian herbs and cheese bread but was told I could only have Italian bread with the herbs and cheese. My sandwich contained just two thin slices of brisket, four and a half small pieces of cheese, and I wasn’t asked what type of cheese I wanted. It also had only one thin strip of BBQ sauce and four thin slices of black olives. This was the worst dining experience I've ever encountered.

It'... read more I just visited this location today and had a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and there was plenty of parking available. It's easily accessible from three different roads and is close to I-285, with many amenities nearby. Also worth mentioning is a lovely young lady working there who had a pleasant personality. I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy great food and service!
