The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the staff maintained a highly professional attitude. I will definitely be returning, as they went above and beyond my expectations!
At lunchtime, I noticed that three employees were handling 13 customers inside, along with those in the drive-thru line. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food, but given that there were only three staff members, I found it to be reasonable.
Terrible service! I ordered a Baconator and a Dave’s Triple but received two regular cheeseburgers instead. I also ordered a Biggie Bag but got no nuggets, no straws, small fries, and small drinks even though I ordered large. Then I was asked to come inside the lobby to fix my order, but both doors were locked and no one seemed willing to open them. I knocked and waited for 10 minutes with no one showing up—only a homeless man came out asking for food, which I gave him. I will never spend another cent at this franchise.
The restaurant didn’t offer any salads on the menu, and there were no signs indicating this. I was pressed for time since I only had an hour with the loaner car. I tried to visit both Walmart and Wendy’s, but both were slow, so I had to skip Wendy’s altogether. I also missed the exit for Hardee’s and got caught in traffic. Luckily, I managed to go to Dairy Queen instead, which ended up being a fantastic alternative!
