We reserved two tables for our upcoming visit, which allowed us to choose our preferred seating area in the restaurant. The menu selection was excellent, and the food was delicious. The service was very attentive and good. We visited on a Sunday and opted for the lunch package. The food served to me was inedible. I chose the Dover Sole and the waiter confirmed to me twice that it would be filleted. When it arrived it was still whole and on the bone. Waiter started to argue that it is cooked bone. He took it away but not back to the kitchen but a waiters table to hack the flesh off the bone. Fabulous! Food was delicious, service was superb and the birthday plate was a lovely touch. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back!
A very pleasant evening out. The two-course menu provided plenty of choice and we weren't tempted to go à la carte this visit.
