Pleasant discovery for me. Cool and quiet dehor. I spent a nice evening for my birthday, enjoying excellent dishes (the half-portion formula is also nice) and drinking good wine recommended by the attentive and knowledgeable staff. I would go back.

For me the best restaurant in Susa Valley. Quality, creativity in the dishes, attention to the territory, excellent value for money and the possibility of tasting many dishes thanks to the clever idea of ​​half portions. The wines are also good, attentive service and a wonderful terrace for eating outdoors in the summer. Last visit last Sunday, exceptional Milanese egg with pumpkin cream, delicious Mocchie potato gnocchi with Blu di Termignon, excellent fried porcini mushrooms, as always super desserts with Sacher and above all a surprising Wasabi ice cream with mango puree. Definitely worth a try, worth the trip.

We celebrated our wedding here. Everything was perfect!!! We chose it on the safe side, but it was also wonderful to hear the guests' appreciation. The food was excellent, only words of praise for the staff for their professionalism and kindness. We spent a memorable day and it was thanks to Sandro and his staff.

After several years I return to this place. The owner and Chef Sandro friend of many years ago. After more than 10 years, I reconfirm his skill and that of his helpers in the kitchen. I find a refined and delicate vegetarian cuisine as I remembered a long time ago. The idea of ​​half portions that can allow you to taste different dishes is great. I thought given the decision to devote himself only to vegetarianism to a decrease in the price on the courses that instead we did not find. So imagine, if you don 't drink wine (and we 're talking about one of the best wineries in our valley...and beyond... paying €35/45 each. Definitely a welcoming place, staff prepared and available ... to try. Great venue.
