Moe's Southwest Grill

Ordered two kids and two adult meals online did not receive the kids juices or cookies even after employees stated they were in the bag. Nachos had remnants of queso on them, and the chips and chicken both tasted like they were from earlier in the day. I don’t recommend visiting this establishment and Moe’s has taken quite a downturn recently overall.

I only ordered guac and queso, 30 minutes in advance. I come in 10 minutes late and am greeted but not asked if I had the mobile order when I come up to the register, I am completely ignored and they are having customers go around me to check them out first while acting like I'm not there. After 10 minutes of still not being spoken to I see them put the two appetizers I ordered on the counter and I tell them it's mine. So, 40 minutes for 2 items that did not even need cooked. They weren't busy at all btw. When I get home, the guac does not have any guac in it, but half of a hard unripe avocado. The queso was also flavorless. Will not be returning.

I was going to order online. I had the app up. I was ordering for someone else, too, and they were looking at the app. There was a big price discrepancy from the location 6 minutes away, which my friend was looking at.Why is a homewrecker almost 1.50 more at this location?! Absolutely not.I ordered from the location on LaVista 6 minutes away and will never go to this one again.

Favorite place for the healthiest fast food option avoiding fried food. Love the sauces and grilled veggies.Vegetarian options: There's a very veggie option, but you can customize your bowl or burrito with either seasoned tofu or all veggie options they have available like i do. It's very filling and satisfying. The sauces are great.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids meal

Portions are a lot smaller compared to other Moe's locations. If I am going to pay $20 for a quesadilla, queso, and a drink then I shouldn't be charged more if portion provided was not enough.
