What Bernard Firneburg doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
Don't expect them to open on time if you have a flight. Was supposed to open on this day at 7:00 a.m. and did not open until around 8:30 after my boarding time. Watched the cook place pretzel dogs in the window at 7:45 yet store did not even start to try to open until 8:15. Also watched the cashier sit outside of the main door roughly 10 min after arrival while the other two employees continue to get ready and took h... View all feedback.
Large sodas will not be filled full, more like half 2/3 fill, refill is an extra charge. Food dough is very thick and sloshy type. Eat at your own risk
WHY do they open SO LATE? This place should be open at 6am, or at LEAST by 7am. Aunt Annie's is usually open early in other airports. This location has very inconsistent business hours. They are missing a LOT of business by not being open by 7am.

It is a very lazy location that in my opinion really needs better management.
Monday 3.27.23 they were open but there were 0 pretzels. The display oven was empty! I wish I took a photo. When asked if they were making a batch of anything the two young ladies said no that was it. No apologies, no explanation, nothing but a smirk chuckle.
It was 7pm at Atlanta's airport and I had about 15 minutes to go before boarding started. I had just arrived at my gate from another flight just before and saw nearby that there was an Auntie Anne's. I was famished and dreaded another flight with no food. Besides that, after I arrived back in Fort Wayne, I would need to drive over an hour back home. I decided to chance is, as airport pretzel places are hit and miss. I ordered a pretzel, hoping it was good enough to eat and at least keep my ravenous hunger at bay. It was actually pretty good. It wasn't as warm as I would like it, but it was somewhat warm, and tasted good. It definitely hit the spot. Glad I got that pretzel because we had then a bit of a delay issue and then another issue getting off the plane at destination.
