Wonderful food, friendly service and lovely atmosphere. Lunch is a set menu but when we explained that we are vegetarian they created a wonderful falafel and polenta dish as our main course. Three absolutely excellent courses all for €14.50. Food was fresh, beautifully presented and perfectly flavoured. We may just be driving back to this restaurant again!

We had black pudding with toast and roasted vegetables starter, delicious beef and roasted potatoes for main and a cookie with cream and ice cream with a glass of wine, all inclusive.

The lunch offers no choices so you eat what’s on offer or order from the more expensive al la Carte menu. We had Gazpacho with toast, goats cheese and Serrano ham starter. Followed by very nice sausages cooked in an onion gravy with ratatouille and delicious mashed potatoes. Dessert was a nice patisserie with ice cream and squirt cream. With a glass of rose each and a coffee afterwards the bill came to €29 for us both. Restaurant was packed on a Wednesday so do book. Loses a point for very slow service.
