Beautiful salads composed of fresh and regional products, but also a proposal of foie gras mixed with its tagliatelle nest. To tell you everything we came back twice in the same week... with people from the country who also enjoyed... the kitchen of the house! The chef perfectly masters the just cooking of the poached foie gras.. A success! But for this, you will first need to locate Concots and to find the Vinagrou. which sincerely deserves your visit. The hosts speak very little English but the communication was sweet and super nice. Fantastic dinner. Thank you!
