Pier 51 Seafood - Concord

Shrimp was so overcooked to a crisp that it was rubbery and I was told its only rubbery when its not cooked. ? When I sent my food back and asked for it to be taken off my bill the waitress came back and said the owner bumped the charge from 15.99 to 11.99. He was going to charge me for food I returned. I don't think that's how it works!! He came out to our booth, rudely sat down and itemized my salad and potato out loud and said I could pay for what I ate. I don't mind paying for what I ate but his attitude was HORRIBLE! I will never be back and will tell everyone I know about my experience. I guess I should've known something was off when the parking lot was about empty. What ever happened to customer service? I guess he treats his customers like he does his employees! I would like to mention that our waitress and the hostess were awesome. Owner should take a lesson from them. Just an FYI.... I ate 4 shrimp and 2 oysters off my plate before sending it back.

Received our food that was so over fried the shrimp were like chewing on rubber. Sent them back and the owner still tried to charge me for my food. I refused to pay for something I returned and didn’t eat. He then cam out, sat down beside me and individually charged me for my salad and potato. I don’t have a problem paying for what I eat, but don’t dare charge me for something I sent back when you overcooked it. I will never be back and I will let everyone I know in the area not to go there. I will drive to Monroe to eat at Mayfair any day of the week.

Alright. It's not what I expected. The crab was super salty.

Great food at a reasonable price. We get takeout so we can eat in the comfort of home and the amount of food we get gives us 2 meals instead of one and plenty left for the pup.

Went with my wife for lunch today and was blown away but the experience, in a good way. Our server was super sweet and on top of it, the food is very reasonably priced given the amount of food you get. The quality of the food was better than I expected. I hate it’s taken me so long to make my way to Pier 51, but now that I have I will be a regular. 10 out of 10!
