Sam's Club Cafe - Concord

The chef, Robert Rose, who was conducting the demonstration, was quite rude to the customers. There was a lack of adequate signage indicating his kitchen, which was apparently unmarked on the floor. Robert Rose could benefit from better training to ensure that the customer experience is not negatively affected.

Sam's Club offers a wider variety of food options compared to Costco, as they stock different items. Both Sam's and Costco have their advantages. However, the disabled parking at the Concord store is insufficient; they need to add more accessible parking spaces.

Complete bait-and-switch scam. They display pricier items under labels indicating lower prices, and when you make a purchase, you get charged the higher price! Additionally, they make you wait in excessively long lines to return the item.

Affordable spot for a meal, but not much creativity with the dishes offered.

The pizza is incredible! It's always fresh, piping hot, and loaded with cheese, plus the portions are huge. My family often visits just for the pizza because it's that good. The churros are also fantastic; my daughter insists on getting one every time we go!
