Salt Box Kitchen - Concord

This place has style. Once you enter, there is something in the air where you know that good things will happen. 1. Get the chocolate chip cookies. I ordered one and came back immediately and got two more. 2. Food was great. When I opened the paper box, my burger looked just as good and the presentation was taken into account. I really enjoyed this place and will be back. Very recommended!

I attended a private event for drinks and appetizers, and I was impressed by the wide selection of appetizers, all of which were delicious. The servers were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.

This was a delightful little find. Combination micro brewery and farm to table restaurant. Not a big place but everything was very good. We started with soft shell crab with salad and Maine mussels. The crab was fantastic and the salad was a nice complement, with an unusually large head of asparagus (which I would have expected to be tough- but was delicate and delicious). The mussels and broth were seafood sweet, and makes you wish for a loaf of bread and a bigger belly. For entrees, I had deep dive scallops which were seared to perfection, preserving both the flavor and tenderness of the meat, over green beans. My partner had the strawberry pistachio salad with a deep fried goat cheese, which made for a filling dinner. The craft brews were interesting and satisfying. We tried 5 between us, at the suggestions of our waitress, who was knowledgeable and which worked well. Looking forward to coming back.

This restaurant is a true hidden gem in West Concord, Massachusetts. If you're looking for farm-to-table cuisine along with some classic meal options, I highly recommend this spot. You can sit at the bar and watch your food being prepared, which feels like watching a performance at Essen Prep Ballet.

Wonderful restaurant that never stops disappointing....kozy and offers excellent food and service....We really enjoy sitting at the counter and watching how the cooks do their things....
