Racist, and rude employees like Heather, causing chaos and bringing down the establishment! Apparently Heather (Blonde Girl) likes to give customers a hard time... read more Racist, and rude employees like Heather, causing chaos and bringing down the establishment! Apparently Heather (Blonde Girl) likes to give customers a hard time. An online order small issue that could've been a super easy fix turned into adiscrimination experience. She needs to be far away from customer facing positions, especially if she's a manager as she claimedto be. I usually frequent the Alameda location and have nothing but good experiences there, unfortunately today ended in anunreasonable manner which created a traumatic experience for my family and I. Security and Police were called unnecessarily andHeather, if that's even her real name, possibly it's Karen because that is the behavior she displayed today, needs to beremoved.

Which is half of what I received today. Great pizza crust chicken tasted old and funny had to pick it off and serive was greatminus the amount of time it took to get served. Maybe next time, but this time is a no for me.

I ask someone to clean the mess because there were no costumers and they called the security to tell us to leave! Isthis possible in USA in a such a beautiful place like Veranda Shopping Center ? Where should I call to do something?

Sadly, I was left incredibly disappointed due to the pizza crust...maybe it 's me, but it looked and tasted like a flour tortilla. The toppings were fine, but the crust the pizza isserved on is inedible to say the least. After ordering a pizza the way I take it, I ate ONE slice, then threw away the rest! Imight 've chalked it up to personal taste, but my girlfriend also threw away her pizza due to the tortilla-like crust. Thisplace is a hard pass for me!
