The food was good, so it's a shame their customer service is absolute **** because my whole experience here was ruined. Whoever the older woman was working the cashier was extremely rude. I asked for napkins and she pointed to an empty dispenser, twice. When she realized they were empty she turned around a different dispenser that was facing her with unnecessary attitude. They later called out our order number in Spanish, which wasn't an issue because I understood, but since I was cleaning a water spill at my table, I was delayed from picking up my order. When I got to the counter, they assumed I didn't understand Spanish and the cashier woman spoke to another customer in Spanish basically saying that I didn't understand it was my order because of the way I looked and gestured towards me. Extremely uncalled for. I wouldn't come here again.

It took me fifteen minutes to get my order with just two cars ahead of me. To make matters worse, a tiny burrito filled with beans, rice, and cheese now costs $4. I won’t be returning.

When I went back to address the issue, the staff member admitted she saw that the gravy was missing. The manager came over and offered me a complimentary side, which I thought would be a one-time mistake. Unfortunately, now every time I visit, they forget the napkins, the sauces, or even the tortillas! I'm giving them 1 star for terrible customer service and 1 star for the great food.

On Monument Blvd. Many parking spaces. There's a drive. The dining room is clean and spacious. We ordered a family meal, 8 pieces of chicken, rice and beans, tortillas and salsa...$27.99. The chicken is grilled, seasoned and delicious. And the green salsa is incredible. Note: The staff did not speak English, which is unusual, but it worked out everything. Give El Pollo Loco a try...
