They had... read more I visited Dunkin' Donuts on Labor Day and was happy to find them open, with plenty of staff present. Since I arrived early, there was hardly any line. They had a wide selection of donuts, although they didn’t have any old-fashioned varieties. I decided to try the French donut, which looked delicious. They also offered breakfast sandwiches, so I opted for the maple bacon sandwich, and it was fantastic. The service was quick and friendly. I ordered a macchiato with caramel, and it was quite good, especially if you prefer sweet coffee. The place was clean, as you’d expect from a new location. The parking was convenient, and while they do have a restroom, I didn’t check it out. Overall, it was a great experience!

The st... read more In my recent visits, they've made mistakes with my mobile orders. When a donut isn't available, they select one for me without asking, which isn't ideal. The staff seems a bit inexperienced, almost like a group of students. Overall, I would rate the service as 3 out of 5.

We love Dunki... read more I really wish there was another Dunkin' location closer to me, as the staff at this one are consistently rude—even to my 7-year-old granddaughter. We love Dunkin', but we dread going to the Concord, CA location because the staff is always unfriendly. We visit every day before school, but the poor customer service makes it unpleasant. I can't wait for another coffee shop like Dutch Bros to open in this area. I've even tried reaching out to corporate, but the staff remains rude.
