Claim Jumper is one of our favorite family dining spots. This Thanksgiving, we opted to eat out and chose Claim Jumper. We were all very pleased with the excellent service and the tasty options on the Thanksgiving menu. Our meals were prepared quickly, and the portion sizes were generous. The only downside was the music, which was too loud and made it difficult to have conversations at the table. View all feedback.
What Leandro Achermann doesn't like about Claim Jumper Concord:
The restaurant itself is really nice inside. Spacious, lots of seating, and very cozy. The inside looks as if you walked into a very large cabin. Easy to find a parking spot. The staff gets a 4 star. Nice and friendly. Our waitress was very attentive and quick. But, I did not get her name. The food and drinks gets a 3.5 stars. My strawberry daiquiri was on point, the wine tasted good! We ordered a clam chowder soup i... View all feedback.
This is not the awesome Claim Jumper that I remember from years ago which explains the nearly deserted restaurant on a Holiday weekend. Food for our table of 4 were served at different times. They ran out of their signature 6 layer cake causing a big delay for dessert. When it was served it was clearly frozen, stone cold. Portion sizes much smaller. Very disappointed.
It was Valentine's day but I had made a reservation for 8:45pm via open table as I was flying in from out of town. We arrived at around 8:35 but did not get seated until about 9:15pm. Not sure if they were full why Open Table or Claim Jumper would not allow reservation as other restaurants in the system do.
I made reservations so I didn’t have to wait that long, when I got there we waited about 30 to get seated. The reservation where not being counted. There was really no point of making reservations if they whete the going to follow.
Our server Rebecca was friendly, attentive and made my mom and I feel comfortable. It was a very nice Valentine’s Day experience for us!
Had a reservation, upon arrival was told of happy hour all night if you sit in the bar area. So we sat there and were handed the dinner menu and a second menu. We ordered from the second menu only since it was happy hour. Stools and chairs are too low the height of the tables so we felt like kids trying to sit at the table. Table was sticky. Took the waitress 19 minutes to place my drink order. Food was delicious and came fast. Bill came and we didn’t have the happy hour pricing. We inquired and the Waitress said oh sorry I didn’t give you that menu...we were upset to learn there was a third menu. Manager got involved but just said sorry and no accommodation was made. We weren’t offered dessert.
