I was greeted by the manager as soon as i walked in the door. She took my order and made my coffee and had my food ready before i even picked a table. this location is my favorite in the area, but lately every time I 've had the girl that says 'ehat else can I get for you ' after every item you request, has gotten my order wrong 3 time in drive through. at this point I 'm just at going to use the app cause I 'm starting to lose my patience. this most recent order she didn 't put in my drink and instead of a regular chick fila sandwich when gave me a single filet View all feedback.
Needed ice for my pregnant wife. Asked for 2 large cups of ice and they did me one better and offered me a bucket of ice if I wanted it. Chicken has never been one of my fast foods of choice but Chick-fil-A service is unbeatable. Honestly it's almost like every single one I've been to has a mythical level of customer service.
As someone who works here, I can say most of my coworkers are amazing people, and the foods pretty decent. But our store owner, Mr.Charping, is not the best person. I recommend eating here, certainly not working here. Enjoy!
The lines were not too bad and the service was excellent. my deluxe sandwich was made fresh with the crispy outside and delicate inside. also the cale salate. I want one more! food: 5/5

Huge shout out the entire staff at this location for going above and beyond to help me share their delicious food with our team over an hour away! They prepped the food early in the morning, helped me load the car, kept the food warm for travel and met me at the door upon my return. Thank you so much for caring for our community!
