I attend the school nearby and often come here to study on most Sundays. The coffee and drinks selection is fantastic, and the vegan pastries and breakfast sandwich are delicious!
The volume of the classical music in this restaurant is too loud, reminiscent of being in a Disney movie. I requested for it to be lowered, but I was informed that they are obligated to maintain a certain volume level. I will have to look for another place to meet and work.
Came in for two medium hot chocolates, and left with nothing. When we arrived there were only two people taking orders and one person doing anything but taking orders. Waited 25 minutes to order and when someone finally took our order, they startedstocking instead of making the order. Everything was already stocked and it wasn't a task that was priority. One of the othermore experienced baristas asked if someone helped us and we clearly said the person stocking was supposed to make our order.Instead of making the order or asking the other employee to stop stocking and make our order, they went straight to the nextcustomer and ignored us.
