This fast‑casual chain serves flavorful, hot sandwiches and prides itself on clean facilities and attentive managers, but suffers inconsistent execution. Diners praise fresh, hot food and supportive staff, yet others report greasy, heavy sandwiches, missing condiments or fries, cold sides, billing errors and occasional rude service. Great for travelers craving hearty, quick meals, but expect variable quality and the risk of order mistakes.

Asked for a Cajun sandwich combo and got 2 pieces of bread and chicken plus cold pommes. No Mayo, tomatoes or salad. Pretty lazy and sad. What is Bojangles I ever been with?

Dining room is still closed, why? Got 2 combos and the season fries had no seasoning. Not the first time at this location.

Went here there was 20 cars in the Drive-Thru so they were taking their time I pull up the doors unlocked I go in it says the dining room is closed for eating so I'll walk on in because I want my order to go and the attitudes and the speech that was giving me by the workers was very unprofessional telling me how dare I walk in the door when it says plainly it's closed and I inform them that it says the dining room is closed for and that I wasn't wanting to eat inside I was just wanting to go order instead of waiting in the Drive-Thru cuz it's so bad I had to leave the restaurant so very rude slow service competitor so I hope the owner of this establishment is happy with his workers

I was charged for a large gravy and had to ask for it. Then I left got three miles down the road and no fries were in the bag. I had to fight traffic back to the store. I expressed my disappointment and was told to GO WITH GOD. I am livid over thatand will never go back there again.

With prices like they are now, you at least expect to get what you pay for. I recently visited the location on Copperfield Blvd to pick up dinner for the family. I stated my order two times at the menu and then once again at the window just to be sure. Iordered 4 separate meals. I get home only to discover there were 5 errors. They didn?t even get the drinks right. This wasnot the first time this has happened. I understand sometimes things happen, but when it becomes a regular occurrence, it?sunacceptable. Chick-fil-a and Popeye?s are nearby substitutes.
