Food was good. Including fries, bos chicken sandwich and more. Kids liked their food. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the wait in drive thru was crazy. Even when we got to the speaker we were asked to wait. After about 5-8 minutes of still waiting we almost left. It may have to do with understaffed or backed up kitchen I don't know. I spent $20 on my order at this restaurant and received half-shell gravy and half of it was from mashed potatoes. I spoke to the manager about the issue and he asked me what was wrong with it. View all feedback.
Management is terrible. they are absolutely gone to too slow and they are almost 20 minutes, just to get me a chicken sandwich and pommes, in when there is 1 customer before. not astonished when you are quickly eating, the rocket science is now a day.
I can't figure out for the life of me how this bojangles always messes up my order or forgets something, i love bojangles but can not come back to this location
Love a good steak biscuit with seasoned fries! Food was great, not over fried or refried.
If you're going to bother having a job then do it. Or, even better, teach you uneducated employees how to tell time. 9:55 is not 10. 10 actually comes five minutes after 9:55. Get a real job if you can't do this one.
First time I've been here in a long time (over 2 years). The staff was great and the food was hot. As with all fast food locations right now, the drive thru was slow (20 mins from enter to exit) but the order was right the people were smiling and having fun. That's nice to see first thing in the morning.
