The sandwich was really good. It was made quickly. There were two young women in there kicking butt! They took care of my order and another customer's order in less than 10 minutes. And it was made exactly like I ordered. View all feedback.
What TheSpeedemon87 doesn't like about Penn Station East Coast Subs:
They close at 10pm. I'm tired of coming to this store at 9:30pm to locked doors and the open sign on, with a bunch of employees standing around inside with all the lights on. Idk what the issue is, but they either need to change the hours posted online and on the door, or police their employees better if they are just locking the door to avoid working late. I haven’t had Penn Station in years I was excited to order. The employees did not engage or speak unless spoken to. The greetings were dry. I ordered a Large cheesesteak with EVERYTHING on it. The best part is that pizza sauce. When I gave my money to the cashier, she didn’t speak. When I notice my food was ready, I grabbed it and left. I get home to eat my cheesesteak and there was NO pizza sauce… my receipt indicated I was supposed to have the sauce on it. I’m very disappointed because these are easy mistakes that could easily be prevented. I’ll stick with the west main location. Get it together!
The only good thing about this place is the fresh fries. Food has shrunk and is way over priced. Subs are small and wraps are not even a wrap (almost looked like a crunch wrap from taco bell without the cunchiness) . Very disappointed. Will not eat at another Penn Station. Penn Station is heading in the wrong direction. Hard to believe this company use to be a top competitor.
There was maybe an ounce of steak on my sub. 90% bread.
Love Penn Station their crew! The cookies are delicious!!!!
Two people in front of me and I waited 20 minutes for my $22 sandwich and fries. I will not be back.
