Saffron - Kalamazoo

We attended the Medieval Studies Congress this weekend and discovered a menu for Saffron among the local promotions at the registration building. We decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. Despite the restaurant being busy, we were seated within 5 minutes. The staff, including the hosts, waiters, servers, and the owner, were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was incredibly delicious, especially the Tandoori chicken which was the best we've ever had. My friend ordered the shrimp vindaloo and we shared a serving of delicate basmati rice and garlic naan. The prices were very affordable, with our two dinners costing less than $30 before drinks. We will definitely be returning next time!

My son and I like to eat in Saffron. He usually treats me for my birthday and mother's day, but we often visit. We love the lunch buffet, but I also enjoyed dinner. My favorites are the wonderful lamb on the menu and the jagged lamb and the salad on the buffet, but everything is so delicious! It's really my favorite restaurant in Kalamazoo.

This is one of the best restaurants to eat in Kalamazoo, its best Indian food I've ever had. The service is excellent, the management friendly. The servers are very knowledgeable about the dishes. Id recommend it for anyone who wants a great culinary experience.

The Indian cuisine at this restaurant is both delicious and authentic! The lunch buffet is superb, and don't miss out on the amazing rice pudding that is one of the highlights of the menu.

Saffron had the best Indian food I have ever eaten! The owners are the kindest people and waitstaff is top notch.
