We went for dinner at 7:15 PM on 9/25/22, and the staff seemed eager to close early even though the restaurant closes at 9 PM. We ordered chow mein but were given a plate of cabbage instead. When my husband asked about the noodles, the worker said they weren't making any more for the night. That’s unacceptable—we should be able to order anything on the menu until closing time. They even started removing the rings from the counter while we were still there. Watching GrubHub orders come in, I thought other customers would be just as disappointed. We were asking for one of their signature dishes, but without caring staff, this is the kind of service you get. It felt like they forgot we’re paying for a service and providing them with a job.

I tried to be patient, but by the time I was finally acknowledged and asked what I wanted, all the dishes I had come in for had been handed out to the drive-thru. The employee simply said, "We're busy." I won't be coming back.

The food is only lukewarm, and they often forget to include the sauces. I'm not going to drive all the way back just to pick up one egg roll. It's no surprise they only earn $10 an hour.

I've ordered teriyaki chicken bowls through the drive-thru twice in the last two weeks, and both times, they forgot to include the teriyaki sauce packet in the bag. I really wish they would add the sauce when making the bowls to avoid this problem. While plain chicken and rice is okay, it’s not what I ordered.
