I would rate her 5 stars, but my overall ratings are based on service, presentation, accuracy, speed, and value for the money. My order was supposed to be ready in 20-24 minutes. If that actual wait is over 30 minutes to an hour, they should tell people. My wait was nearly an hour. Several other customers also left complaining about waiting over an half hour for their food. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. The cashiers or apps should be honest about the wait so that people can make an informed decision on where to patronize that day. Some people don't have the time in their schedule to wait that long. Others don't have the health to stand on their feet in the cold for almost an hour for 10 wings. It's definitely not worth it for those of us with very small orders. It was very busy. Some orders weren't even being dropped for 30 minutes. I'm thankful for the manager for taking control of the situation once I brought it to her attention. Unfortunately I will not be returning nor will I recommend this location to others.
