I did not like the new employee at the restaurant. He was messy and dropped my tuna, then scooped it up and put it back in my sandwich. He looked dirty and appeared to be under the influence of something.
I needed catering and manager Henry assisted me with my order. He was patient and provided cost-saving suggestions. The sandwiches were delicious and generously filled with ingredients. The order was ready on time and Henry even gave me his personal contact number in case I had any further questions.
The bread was not fresh, and I only noticed once I got home. The server assumed I wanted it toasted without asking, and immediately placed it in the toaster oven. I quickly told him no when I saw this happening. It seems like they use older bread for this purpose. I was not satisfied with my order. Although this restaurant is closer to my house, I will be going to a different one next time.
