The assumpti... read more The staff at this restaurant lacks basic customer service skills. I was denied access to the restroom without even being asked if I was a customer. The assumption that I was only there to use the restroom led me to not ordering anything or using the facilities. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Subway. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone. The customer service was abysmal and I can't help but wonder if my race played a role in their treatment of me.

I have never been to a restaurant that has cookies available during lunchtime, even when I was the first customer of the day. Went in today for my lunch break and at first, I liked the store, it was clean and welcoming but then I saw two ladies there and they looked annoyed being there... read more Went in today for my lunch break and at first, I liked the store, it was clean and welcoming but then I saw two ladies there and they looked annoyed being there, well anyways, I ordered a six-inch chicken teriyaki with white bread, so they are making mysandwich and I take it to go. my job is two minutes away and when I opened my sandwich, the bread was too hard and the chickenwas already cold. I only finished the sandwich out of hunger but I will not come here again. it's the only subway that I?ve hadthis problem with.
