This place has such bad customer service. I called to place an order, but I had a question in regards to the extra service on my online order. So before I placed my order I called not once but twice because the first call they hung up and the second call I was on hold for more than 18 f'n minutes.. can you believe that.. Every time I order traditional wings online, they take my money in full. However, when the order arrives, there are no wings included. Instead, they provide ranch dressing that was not ordered. One order was $68.00 and the other was $49. They are scamming people by claiming that the wings were not ordered, even though I have a screenshot of the order. When the delivery person arrives, the wings are missing from the receipt. They insist that the wings were not ordered, yet they include the dips that go with the wings. In the $68.00 order, they sent me a breaded chicken that I did not order and was not appetizing. The $23.99 I spent on 12 wings disappeared. I believe the store is stealing money from Pizza Hut owners. They even had the audacity to ask if I wanted to order wings and have the driver come out with a $6.95 charge, when it was already paid with the initial order.
Even though my order is consistently incorrect (asking for extra cheese results in an excessive amount of cheese), Heidi provides excellent customer service. The restaurant maintains a clean lobby.

Not cool especially when your trying to get dinner late... this place always leave you on hold or the manager a big lady has a bad a attitude. This place needs a new staff with a better manager and employees that actually take proper calls as they are received and not left on hold...
I placed an order over the phone for a 2 med-2 topping pizza. Unfortunately, one pizza had 2 toppings and the other seems like just basic pepperoni instead of 2x the pepperoni like I order.. you tell me? Sincerely, A paying customer
