I then inqui... read more I entered the restaurant and attempted to order a meal. I asked if I could upgrade to a larger size, but the employees told me they couldn't do it. I then inquired if I could order something different and change it to a large, to which they agreed. However, when I asked why they initially said no, they did not provide an answer. I do not recommend this place as it is very unsanitary, with homeless individuals sleeping on the floor, and the staff displaying racist behavior.

Instead of apologizing, she made us show her the bag of food. Additionally, we ordered six biscuits but only received four. Thank you, KFC.
