The employee's name was Augustine, and he was quite unpleasant. I understand that times are tough and everyone is trying to make a living, but Augustine really needs to work on his customer service skills. It might be best for him to be moved to a role that doesn’t involve direct interaction with customers.

However, there's really no point in going to the pick-up line, as they will just redirect you to the order line. In my experience, they didn't even start preparing my order until I arrived, which ended up costing me my lunch. Additionally, I encountered a homeless person asking for cold drinks outside.
