At Fatburger, diners encounter a mixed bag of experiences. Many rave about the massive, flavorful burgers and delicious sides, with some highlighting the nostalgic appeal of the menu. However, recent reviews reveal significant concerns regarding food safety and service quality. Instances of foodborne illness were reported, alongside complaints of rude staff and lack of hygiene, particularly regarding mask compliance during food preparation. While some patrons cherish the well-seasoned offerings reminiscent of better days, others express their intent to seek alternatives, citing a need for establishments that prioritize customer service and health safety.

I called in to place an order, and the person who answered was very rude. I was put on hold for seven minutes while I could hear him talking to someone else in the background. I eventually decided to hang up and go there in person to place my order. The employee's name was Augustine, and he was quite unpleasant. I understand that times are tough and everyone is trying to make a living, but Augustine really needs to work on his customer service skills. It might be best for him to be moved to a role that doesn’t involve direct interaction with customers.

The restaurant has a designated pick-up line and an order line. However, there's really no point in going to the pick-up line, as they will just redirect you to the order line. In my experience, they didn't even start preparing my order until I arrived, which ended up costing me my lunch. Additionally, I encountered a homeless person asking for cold drinks outside.
