What Gali doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
I have been to this restaurant about three times and it has been the worst experience every time. The first time, my soda tasted weird, my fries were burnt, and my order was incorrect. The second time, my brother found a fly in his burger and one of the employees was rude to him. Was out of several things...like drink cups?? Who do you not have cups in stock? Was smart final closed? Drive thru service was extremely slow... Spent 20 minutes in DT with only 4 cars in front of me.... Management and the Corp need to really fix this place or close it. View all feedback.
