While not picturesque from the outside, the place h... read more This is the only restaurant in the historic medieval town and it sits at the base of it along the main road. While not picturesque from the outside, the place has charm because you can sit outside under a protective roof and get a really decent meal for a great price (30 Euros for all that follows). My husband had a tasty steak with ratatouille and a puree plus a glass of house white wine to accompany his meal, and I had a very large salad fresh bread. We shared a three scoop bowl of ice cream (cassis, chocolate, pastichio) for dessert. The restaurant overlooks the railroad, hills and river which was very pleasant while enjoying our meal. In the distance you can see the famous Millau viaduct, the tallest man-made bridge in the world. Afterwards, we hiked up and around the town to walk off the lunch and especially the ice cream!
