The food was absolutely delicious,... read more We found this restaurant/deli in a side street near the Duomo, purely by chance I was bored of looking everything up online. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the tagliolini and the gnocchi, wine by the glass good quality and the service excellent. I can’t believe that anybody could visit and describe it as average. Certainly the best food we have had on this trip to Italy.

Since they opened in 1999 , they made quality a sort of religion and therefore if you are looking for serious food, of sublime quality , this will be your place . Every day they have a different extra dishes plus a menu that is focused on genuine flavours. Yes quality costs more, but you will not regret . The store is also perfect to fill your fridge of italian delicacies

I went there and when I asked for... read more While I was in a short visit to Como, I search through TripAdvisor for a nice restaurant. I found that Visini took high score. I went there and when I asked for the menu, the waiter advised that I have to select from the display. Actually it's a good idea specially when you don't know the local language. I selected buffalo mozzarella with tomato and fish. The food was very tasty with fresh ingredients.

Perfect food with quality ingredients, super polite and helpful staff, nice atmosphere away from the crowds and as we witnessed locals come here too. Everything we had was super delicious and the complimentary food was excellent too, not to mention the wine if I had more time in Como, I’d definitely go back!

It felt like we were dining at the Chef's table. The staff was friendly and informative with wonderful suggestions. We picked up a couple bottles of their Olive Oil and a liquor that a friend of the owner makes. The food was delicious, simple, and full of flavor. When you look in the window you see the deli style counter, which might make some not realize what an amazing experience awaits them. Well worth a visit for a pleasant meal. The owner himself is warm and generous. I reccomed chosing one dish you'd like then asking for their suggestions on how to round out the meal.

The pasta (12€ is very fresh and delicious, and the desert(9€ is very tasty and made when you order. The service was flawless. We were really lucky to find a restaurant like this on our way to Switzerland. Definately a place to come back.
