We ordere... read more We chose this restaurant hoping that it will be high-end and great quality of food. We never imagined that the customer service is horrible like that. We ordered pasta with shrimps and made it clear to the waitress that we want the pasta without any sauce and the waitress kept nodding her head that she understood our order. After long wait, she brought 3 dishes of pasta with white sauce. We told her we ordered without any sauce and she was standing still and didn’t apologize or even mentioned it was a mistake. I told her that I have allergy and I ordered plain pasta for that so she arrogantly took the dishes and kept discussing our complaint to her colleagues and manager as it was our fault. Not to mention the director who walked back and front like every 5 seconds and never bothered to apologize or tell us anything. Additionally we waited 20 mnts for the new pasta and when we asked they replied us, it will take extra 10 minutes!! We could have waited but my daughter was super hungry and the staff were rude and arrogant except one girl but unfortunately we didn’t take her name because she is the only one who apologized to us for the waiting time. AVOID this place!

Secondly, the beginning entre was almost worth the €10 cover we got olives, bread and cheese. The water was a rip off as it was €7 for still water so do not order that. Now the food… We got a personalized seafood spaghetti. The portion was big and full with seafood. It was delicious but the only comment is that it needed a bit more sauce. We also got the Capricciosa Pizza it was really tasty but nothing fancy. We were very happy with the atmosphere and the food as a whole.

The food was excellent, the service attentive without being obtrusive, and the wine recommendations very good. We would happily return. If the weather is cooler, there are heaters to keep the outdoor tables a comfortable temperature.

We had an early Sun... read more This restaurant is in a very nice location by Piazza Volta and not as noisy or as expensive as the restaurants in the vicinity of the Duomo. We had an early Sunday evening dinner. The food and wine were really good, we ordered the Filet Mignon and Spaghetti in tomato sauce with Lobster and Scampi. Our waiter was really polite and the meal cost less than the one we had by the Duomo which did not include a bottle of wine.

The complimentary rustic bread was warm and they made us a tomato and onion salad off the menu we requested. Really lovely atmosphere with good background music. Would recommend.
