Lake Heart - COMO

This was our first time dining at Lake Heart, while visiting Lake Como. We primarily chose it due to the views—on the lake...beautiful sunset and of Como lights after dark. The restaurant is exactly like several TA users had posted—great food but slow service. Three of us had pizzas, one had a Greek salad and we had three beers and a gin tonic. The pizzas were delicious and the drinks cold/perfect after a day on the water and walking the city. However, the service was pretty slow. The two waiters were the only folks serving quite a few tables. They did an incredible job (we gave them a sizeable tip , but they were overwhelmed. (Tip: I’d recommend you add another person to your wait staff! . At one point, we ordered three more beers, but never received them prior to needing to leave. All in all, a mixed story on Lake Heart. I’d recommend you try it for the views, but be prepared to wait. We’d consider going back if they can improve service.

Situated on the western side of the lake a 20 minute walk from the centre of Como. Lovely views from our table across the lake towards Como town. Food was very acceptable, though pasta portions were on the small side. Staff not particularly well organised but it didn’t spoil our meal. Prices reasonable 80€ for 4 adults and a toddler including drinks. Worth the walk out of Como for a quieter meal experience.

This is a great spot on Lake Como , unfortunately all food was bad , and service was poorly done by amateurs.

Very nice surprise on the way to Milano. We stopped for a lunch with family and had good pizza and pasta! Will go back

I have no idea where all these bad reviews come from. The food is good, pizza made in a wooden oven, which is impossible to find these days. Staff is friendly. Visited many times both for lunch and dinner, will for sure come again.
