When we asked to change tables, one staff member was willin... read more We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to inconsistent and unprofessional service. When we asked to change tables, one staff member was willing to help us. However, another male waiter from a distance abruptly gestured to refuse the request without coming over to explain. So we assumed that changing tables was not allowed. What made the situation frustrating was that shortly afterwards, two Italian customers were allowed to change tables without any issue. This inconsistency made us feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated. Although the manager later apologised, which we appreciate, the attitude and behaviour of that particular staff member were unacceptable and left a negative impression on our visit.
