I don't usually pay attention to the regular location, but this time Tim Hortons has forgotten my order several times. I really don't understand how they can overlook my hash browns repeatedly. This place is a complete mess. I would recommend going to Dunkin' instead, as this place seems completely incompetent.
Update: It's now 2022, and things are still just as bad. I ordered a tuna sandwich, but when I got home, it was completely soggy. I returned to the restaurant, and the staff apologized and gave me a new sandwich. Unfortunately, when I took the new one home, it was soggy again. I’m not going back!
The coffee is somewhat diluted compared to other chains, but it remains consistently hot. Their breakfast sandwiches are better than those from Dunkin’ or McDonald’s. I realize it's not gourmet, but it’s a solid option. The bagels are pretty good as well!
Don't order them right, manager is terrible I went in to order more and tell her my order incorrectly she said I can't help when u eat. I will certainly eat it, how should I know what is in the sandwich when she and her team does not mark it!!! the place dirty not clean and the people not friendly and all overpowered!
