Amazing stay. The front desk agents at this location were incredibly hospitable, especially Claudia. This property was exactly what I needed for my vacation. The restaurant team was amazing as well. I strongly recommend this hotel!Food drinks: The food was delicious and more than what one would expect. The front of house staff at the restaurant were amazing and made it feel like home.

It is exactly what a hotel should be. You get good service and a room to sleep in. It is in a good location, you can find a store or restaurant near you that will have what you may need for your travels. If you stay here to visit Los Angeles, a car is definitely recommended.Rooms: 5/5

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel's location is a bit far from downtown, but manageable if you have a car. One drawback was the unexpected $10 parking fee per day (which was not mentioned during the reservation), with no guarantee of the safety of the car. Unfortunately, the toilet got clogged at night, and there was no one available for repairs until the next day. The room service only occurs twice a week, and they missed mine during my stay, but they did rectify the situation the next day.On the bright side, it is conveniently located inside a good outlet, offering shopping facilities. The room itself was large, clean, and comfortable. It would be better if there was a frigobar. The highlight of the hotel was the breakfast, offering a variety of food and fruits with excellent service.In summary, despite the shortcomings, I would still recommend it as a decent option for a stay.

Great service all the staff were very friendly. Spent 7 days here. Pool area and seating area kept clean. Plenty to do walking distance near the hotel during the evening after work. I never had any trouble with parking.Rooms: 4/5

The front desk clerk had many pending transactions on my card prior to checking in, the bartender acted as if he didn’t want to serve African American people, my room toilet wasn’t properly flushing, the bed wasn’t comfortable and was very small, the hotel itself is in an Hispanic community, which is no problem but they treated African Americans as if they didn’t belong in the area. The only good thing is it’s literally walking distance from an outlet mall. However, I will never stay at this property again.
