What Derek doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
This pizza was absolutely unacceptable. It looked horrible, and I didnt even want to eat it. I don't understand. Don't they have quality control? They should have never boxed my pizza up. View all feedback.
Pizza was wrong as far as Toppings, called to let them know, took a picture and sent it to them. While talking to someone, In the background could hear the guy who probably made the Pizza saying; When you modify a Pizza that much it's going to be messed up First: of all RUDE! Second: That's the job, when people pay and order something that's what they deserve to get, what they paid and ordered. Third: The customer shouldn't be made to feel bad because the Employee can't understand simple instructions to accomplish their job. Fourth: When picking up the corrected order, when customer asks if they added the right toppings, the Employee says It's right just like the first time . These Employees are going to have a very, very hard time moving up the corporate . Good luck, they should definitely be reprimanded and will not be a returning customer as well not be referring them to anyone who asks.
Dreadful and I mean terrible service. the workers there hang on customers when they check on their food. we were here from the city and ordered pizza and it took two hours to get our pizza. they were very rude when we called, checked and saw how much longer it would be. I asked for the name and number of general manager, and I was hung up again. how is this place still open? not only are they rude, our eating was cold and our order was completely different from what we ordered. the driver named gilbert was very polite. He apologized and I can say he's taking care of the customers. there were two more employees under the name jason who is supposedly manager and caleb were the rude, who hanged up and refused to give me the names of general manager. his name is nick by the way. nick, her customer service is terrible and I will never spend another dollar there when I'm in town. I was so disappointed!
I ordered carryout online and waited then swung through the drive-thru to pick it up. the young man at the window was very nice and professional.
Ordered online for delivery. tracker said pizza ready. then when checking email saw one from dominos stating a 2 hour wait for delivery even though pizza is cooked
My fiancée last night ordered a pizza on 04/26/22. there was a rock-hard object that looked like one of the black olives. the object broke her tooth so that she immediately called the load. no answer. Today was called back and the manager rushed them out and said we were looking for a scary. repeatedly disturbed her and said he would call the bulls if we called this place again. Corporate will hear from us next.
