What Jordan Fraley dislikes about Bojangles:
I know being short staffed can make your job harder, but for a fast food restaurant that just upped their prices $2-3 on everything?..we shouldn?t be receiving wrong, cold and/or stale food. I ask for a replacement, and get fries that were just thrown back into the frier for a min. I was there around 7:30 and the people inside are very nice. Angel, the manager was helping his employee with my food. I think they were the only ones up front and the others in the back helping them cook. I would definitely come back to this place????.
Ok food. Nothing special. Portions are small. Biscuits and fries are pretty good.
We decided not to stay for a meal. We waited in line, but for some unknown reason, they weren't taking orders. This was our second visit, and yet again, we ended up leaving without being served. We certainly won't be coming back to this place.
This week, they experienced some issues with chicken deliveries, which seems to have posed a challenge for them. However, despite the pressure, the woman taking our order was exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. She was thrilled to take our order and mentioned that they finally received chicken! I truly admire employees who take pride in their work, regardless of the size of the tasks. Bojangles should certainly acknowledge the hard work of employees at this location. The next time we come through, we'll definitely stop by!
The manager was dishonest with me when I asked for fresh fries, and I ended up with cold fries after waiting more than 30 minutes for two meals and two pies. We waited in the parking lot for quite a while and eventually had to go inside to remind them we were still there. The manager confessed that he had completely forgotten about us! I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Eating good people friendly fast service
You can't go wrong stopping here for breakfast or lunch. The chicken portions are generous, and so is the rest of the menu.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. Unfortunately, there are no Bojangles locations in Texas. I really wish there were, as I absolutely love their country ham and cookies!
I absolutely think it's fantastic! I’m planning to come for lunch and I love listening to Christian worship music while I'm here.
The night shift team at Bojangles is amazing—these young employees truly take pride in what they do.
