I was told I do no... read more Management here is terrible. I called this morning, requesting to place an order for a dozen specialty donuts for Halloween for a dozen kids. I was told I do not need to place an order, as they will have the donuts in stock. When I arrived, the Customer immediately in front of me ordered all the donuts that I wanted to buy. I requested the same donuts, and was told they're sold out. I then complained that I tried to place an order early this morning for those donuts, and they refused to take one. The manager took no accountability. The female manager refused to give me her name.In short, customers at this location are not valued.
