The ice cream was deliciously fresh and creamy, with a generous amount of crunchy toppings in the cake's center. The store is always bright, clean, and welcoming whenever I stop by.

Despite washing with soap, t... read more The dark green icing on the cake was so potent that all ten guests and I ended up with dark green lips, mouths, fingers, and nails. Despite washing with soap, the color wouldn't come off. To make matters worse, everyone experienced dark green stools for three days straight, with some guests, including myself, suffering from upset stomachs. When I raised this issue with Ms. May, I received a lackluster apology. I will definitely not be ordering from this restaurant again. Not recommended!

They always skimp out on toppings as well. Pathetic, trying to cut corners and charge the same price asothers. Will not return, going to the farther carvel in smithtown on principle. It was so bad that , Inspite of washing with soap , it didn?t go away. Bummer -Everyone had dark green stoolsfor continuously 3 days some guests faced upset stomach including me . After informing Ms.May, all I got was an unapologeticsorry.Definitely never ordering from here again. Not recommended!!!!
