Was Max R Sequeira at Candela Commack a mag?
I wanted to impress my Peruvian friends who are in the country on a work visa, and this restaurant really came through. They both mentioned that the food tastes exactly like home. We sampled a range of dishes including ceviche, steak, chicken, and cow heart. The chicha morada here is incredible—almost addictive! I’d like to take a moment to share my experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the food didn't provide the authentic Peruvian flavors I was hoping for. The portion size of the grilled chicken breast was quite small considering the price. I had a fantastic time overall. The waiter was a doll and the company was great, as always. Shoutout my brother the waiter for the fried beef thing as well which was better than my mom’s latkes!
